07 Cadillac Cts Misfire. When I got out, my car would crank, but not start. It idles rough but runs fine for all other driving.

It idles rough but runs fine for all other driving. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Normally the Engine Computer will detect engine misfires and set the appropriate fault code.
