P 0017 Cadillac Sts. Question, should you change both the intake and exhaust sensors when changing out a cam position sensor? My check engine light slowly but surely got to the point where it stayed on.

It is typically thrown when the Crankshaft Position Sensor and the Camshaft Position Sensor are out of alignment by a certain number of degrees, or if there is an issue with the wiring, or one of the sensors themselves may have.
